Healthcare Services Assistant

Overview:
The Healthcare Services Assistant will report to the Associate Medical Director and is responsible for providing the first point of contact for guest/incoming calls, maintaining the reception area, and performing administrative duties.
Knowledge:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office and use of personal computers, laptops, printers, and general office equipment
Skills:
- Communicating effectively in written and oral form
- Time management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Abilities:
- The ability to make decisions and find alternative solutions to problems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Other Characteristics:
- SHIFT: Saturday & Sunday (16 - 20 hours)
- Supporting clinical staff and clients with setting up telehealth sessions
- Communication Protocol inputting
- Maintain spreadsheets that track and analyze client census
- Order supplies when needed
- Maintain the client schedule for weekend clinicians and make changes when deemed necessary
- Scan and maintain all PAFs and updating time off calendar when necessary for weekend coverage
- File and store all active/past clients client forms
- Assist with calling in medical appointments and pharmacy orders
- Updating the LCD(DTX taper sheet and MAT sheet)
- Set up labs and schedule lab appts for Mondays
- Other duties as assigned
